What does it cost to work with you?
It depends on scope, but every project starts the same way: a free 30-minute call, then a written proposal with a fixed scope, milestones and a price. Small builds usually run as a fixed-price project; longer engagements work better as a monthly retainer or day rate. You will never get a surprise invoice from me.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused web app or MVP is usually 4–10 weeks from kickoff to production. A single integration or automation can be days. Robotics and hardware work depends on the device and access to it. After the first call I give you a milestone plan with real dates, and you see working software at every milestone, not just at the end.
Do you work with existing teams and codebases?
Yes — a good share of my work is joining an existing codebase, or acting as the technical partner for an agency that needs someone who can own delivery. I am comfortable inheriting undocumented systems, and I will tell you honestly what is worth refactoring and what is worth leaving alone.
Can you sign an NDA, and who owns the code?
I sign NDAs routinely — much of my past work is under one. You own the code, the repositories and the infrastructure accounts. Everything is handed over with documentation and deployment instructions so you are never locked to me.
Where are you based, and does the time zone matter?
I am based in Germany and work remotely with clients worldwide. In practice I overlap with European hours fully and North American mornings comfortably. Communication runs over whatever you already use — Slack, email, Jira — with a written weekly update so you always know where the project stands.
