Scope
These draft terms describe the intended framework for software development and technical consulting. They are not final contractual terms.
Project agreement
Scope, deliverables, milestones, remuneration and payment arrangements are agreed in the individual written proposal or contract.
Changes & cooperation
Changes to the agreed scope are documented before implementation. Required access, materials and responsibilities are defined for each project.
Code, rights & third-party components
The project agreement defines the handover and usage rights. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their respective licences.
Confidentiality & support
Confidentiality, maintenance and ongoing support are agreed separately according to the project’s requirements.
